1. We can usually give you a price right over the phone. Pricing is based directly off of our Prices page.

2. We require a 50% deposit on any project.

3. We will start on you project within 24 hours of receiving your signed proposal. We'll begin your project on receipt of your proposal, not on receipt of your deposit, so getting it back to us quickly ensures that your project is started in a timely manner.

4. Within five to seven working days, you will begin receiving your first proofs. We will concern ourselves with the geometry of your project. We want to make sure that we have the design right, and that the details are correct.

5. Once you approve the geometry, we will send you several possible camera views to choose from. This will be the basis for our final lighting and texturing. The camera view only shows two sides of a building at a time and those are often the only two sides that receive details.

6.From here, we will continue to develop your project, sending you email proofs usually acompanied by a few clarification questions every few days. It is important that you respond quickly to any questions that we have because we do not proceed until we recieve a reply.

7. Within 14 working days we should have you project ready for your final approval. We will email you a final proof and upon approval, we will burn these to cd or dvd in whatever size and file format you require. These final rendering files can be very large and must be mailed out.
