Size and geometry of the building
Is it a single structure, a complex of several buildings, or is it a vast planning project? Are you using simple geometrical forms in your design, or do you prefer curves and complex surfaces?

Level of detail
Steel frame & glass walls are more detailed than concrete walls with windows

Complexity of local topography
Renderings depicted on the actual site are more detailed, an alternative to creating a digital model of the vicinity is using a context photograph.

Type of output selected
A single still image costs considerably less than an extensive walk through animation or a set of linked panoramas.

Initial input
Providing us with your CAD floor plans, elevations and sections will cost less than if we have to work from a rough sketch.
